Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Drive MVP account and the data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
Email support@ice-24.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address tied to your account.
You can also delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, contact details, vehicle and driver info)
- Your recorded trips and driving-behavior scores
- Delivery and condition photos you captured
- Telematics data held on your behalf by our processor, DriveQuant — we trigger its deletion as part of your request
Deletion takes effect within 30 days.
What we may keep
We may retain limited records where the law requires it (e.g. tax or audit obligations), as described in our Privacy Policy. Anything retained is anonymized or aggregated and is no longer tied to your identity.
